It addresses the critical shortage of frontline personnel in intelligent operation and maintenance of transmission, transformation, and distribution networks by innovatively adopting an “eight-in-one” industry–education integration model. Through collaborative efforts between universities and enterprises to co‑build a power‑drone training base, the program cultivates versatile technical professionals who possess expertise in flight control, inspection operations, defect identification, and equipment maintenance, thereby laying a solid talent foundation for the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
