It addresses the critical shortage of frontline talent in low‑altitude logistics delivery and transport operations by innovatively adopting an “eight-in-one” industry–education integration model. Through collaborative efforts between universities and enterprises, a logistics drone training base is being jointly established to cultivate versatile technical professionals who possess expertise in flight control, route management, payload handling, and equipment maintenance, thereby laying a solid talent foundation for the large‑scale commercial deployment of low‑altitude logistics.
