Product Description

1. Overview of the Agricultural Sand Table
The smart agriculture sandbox demonstration system integrates cutting-edge wireless sensor network technology, embedded systems, image transmission, and sensor technologies. It enables real-time remote monitoring of indoor air temperature and humidity, soil moisture and temperature, carbon dioxide concentration, pH levels, light intensity, and video imagery. Based on model-based analysis, the system can automatically control greenhouse equipment such as shading curtains, ventilation fans, sprinkler and drip irrigation systems, external shading devices, and supplemental lighting.
Meanwhile, the system can use computers and other information terminals to deliver real-time monitoring data and alarm notifications to managers, enabling smart, information‑driven, and intelligent remote management in agriculture. By fully leveraging IoT technologies in modern agricultural production, it ensures that greenhouse environments are optimized for crop growth, supports precision management, and creates the conditions for high yields, superior quality, operational efficiency, ecological sustainability, and food safety—helping users boost productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

2. Agricultural Sandbox Zoning
The agricultural sandbox can be divided into nine major zones based on application scenarios, namely: the Smart Supermarket Zone (including a traceability demonstration area), the Agricultural Product Storage Zone, the Smart Open-Field Zone (including an integrated water–fertilizer zone), the Smart Greenhouse Zone, the Smart Livestock‑Raising Zone, the Free‑Range Farming Zone, the Agricultural Product Processing Plant Zone, the Smart Orchard Zone, and the Big Data Center Zone.

3. Development of Agricultural Sandbox Functions
The agricultural sandbox’s primary functions are divided into four major components: environmental monitoring, intelligent control, video surveillance, and smart interlinkage.
Environmental monitoring: By deploying various sensors at agricultural production sites, real-time data can be remotely collected on-site.
Smart Control: Install motorized roller shutters, exhaust fans, and other MEP equipment to enable intelligent remote control.
Video Surveillance: Provides real-time monitoring of the on-site environment to ensure the safety inside the greenhouse and the proper operation of all equipment.
Intelligent Interoperability: The system automatically processes data and executes corresponding actions based on predefined intelligent policies and analytics.
