Guangdong Lingnan Vocational and Technical College is establishing an examination center for intermediate and advanced-level electrician certification.

Guangdong Lingnan Vocational and Technical College was originally founded in 1993 as the “Guangzhou Lingnan Culture and Technology School” and was officially established in May 2001 with the approval of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province. The college is invested by Guangzhou Lingnan Education Group Co., Ltd. and operates as a privately-run non‑enterprise entity, under a principal‑responsibility system guided by a board of directors. He Huishan serves as Chairman of the Board, and Lao Hansheng as President. It is a private higher vocational and technical institution offering programs across multiple disciplines, including pharmaceuticals and health, electronics and communications, modern manufacturing, finance and management, and creative design.

Guangdong Lingnan Vocational and Technical College has established an examination center for intermediate and advanced electrician certification. The center is equipped with PLC training and assessment hosts and modules, as well as AC variable-frequency speed‑control and DC speed‑control assessment modules, complemented by video‑based instructional cases and simulation resources. Built in strict accordance with national vocational skill standards, the project offers assessments spanning from entry‑level to senior technician levels, significantly enhancing the institution’s capacity to train electricians and provide certification services.
